1.) What does The Commercial Broker Playbook cost?

a.     The Commercial Broker Playbook is a subscription based e-learning program that is subscription based and paid monthly. We also offer an add-on service, The Touchdown, that provides 6 (six) 1-on-1 virtual office hours with our founder, Terry Luker, to discuss deal support or for general mentoring. The monthly fee for access to The Commercial Broker Playbook is $399 + applicable taxes and fees. 2.) What are the payment terms?

a.     The Commercial Broker Playbook subscription is offered via a monthly payment. The Touchdown add-on service is a one-time fee for 12 full months of access from point of purchase alongside the original monthly subscription.

a.     The Commercial Broker Playbook is perfect for anyone looking to either build on their new foundation of knowledge or to brush up on their skills and information. The monthly subscription includes full access to our e-learning program – such as our educational videos, PDF summaries and templates, past webinars, and more. 4.) What does The Touchdown Add-On include?

a.    The Touchdown Add-On is a one-time charge for 12 full months of access and is approved by application only.  The add-on gives subscribers 6 (six) hours of virtual 1-on-1 access with our team. We encourage you to apply if you feel that this add-on could be beneficial to you!

5.) I entered my payment info…now what?

a.     Once you have subscribed and submitted payment, you will receive a confirmation email for your payment. You will then receive an email from our team on how to access the learning platform along with your login credentials.

6.) I am a current subscriber. How do I add-on The Touchdown service?

a.     Please email support@thebrokerplaybook.com to learn more about revising your subscription or adding on The Touchdown.

7.) Is the Touchdown Add-On for everyone?

a.     The Touchdown includes additional features that may be best suited for those who have had some level of industry experience and are looking to up their game plan! Please apply if you feel that this is you or if you believe extra mentoring will best suit your goals! We will be more than happy to review your application and talk through The Touchdown service.

8.) Is there a limit to the number of subscribers for The Commercial Broker Playbook?

a.     Subscriber limitations vary between The Commercial Broker Playbook and The Touchdown Add-On service. There are no limitations for monthly access to The Commercial Broker Playbook, however The Touchdown Add-On is only available to one person per approved application and purchase.
